About ISE History
The International School Eastern Seaboard is an incorporated as a limited liability company in Thailand. ISE Limited holds the license and the approval from the Thai Ministry of Education to operate an international school. The board of directors of ISE Limited holds the financial responsibility for the school’s operations, buildings, and facilities. This board reviews programming, approves policy, and oversees the fiscal management of the school. Currently, the Board has assigned Khun Charlie Chuvapitak and Alexander Bennett to oversee the financial and educational direction of ISE.
The International School Eastern Seaboard (ISE) is a private institution that welcomed its first students in August 1994. The school is managed by ISE Limited under the regulations of the Ministry of Education. ISE employs highly trained and experienced staff who are responsible for the operations of the school and instructional program.
ISE is located at the Burapha Country Club residential development. Currently ISE has students enrolled from twenty-one different countries. This promotes multi-cultural diversity and a global perspective in the instructional program.
ISE offers an American Based curriculum directed primarily toward the education of expatriate students who are temporarily residing in Thailand. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is offered to students in grades 11 and 12.
